Undercover Blues by Laney Cairo

The trouble with having a brother who runs a criminal organization is that the police are far too interested in Jason Cooper’s life too. He’s not sure why; he’s fond of surfing, beer, playing pool and fucking guys, nothing out of the ordinary.

The trouble with being a cop is that sometimes you have to go undercover, pretend to be someone you aren’t, and Ryan Hadley finds himself in strife over Jason Cooper. Jason’s a decent bloke, attractive in a way that Ryan doesn’t cope well with, and he doesn’t know that Ryan is supposed to be straight.

Then Jason realizes the hot guy trying to pick him up is an undercover cop, and decides to have a little fun. Things get complicated real fast: the cop is inexperienced and delicious, there’s trouble brewing in the criminal underworld and the surveillance team is cramping Jason’s style.

Jason is arrested for a crime he didn’t commit, that Ryan can alibi him for, and the pair of them have to work out how to explain a bedroom strewn with DNA evidence. That’s when things really go wrong.
